At 7.00 am, You will leave your hotel, and our (Seba Tours Egypt) tour guide will pick you up by the air conditioned private vehicle to Alexandria (approx. 3 – 3.30 Hrs. Driving) and upon arrival to the Pearl of Mediterranean “Alexandria”. You will explore the spectacular sights of the city. Starting with Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa , This sight is considered as one of the wonders of the Middle Ages. It resembles the largest burial site dating from the Greco-Roman period. Discovered in Alexandria, a particularly interesting city of antiquity, it was no surprise that what was hidden in the underground burial tunnels for centuries was a blend of different ancient arts and cultures.
Then, moving on to visit The Roman Amphitheatre, It’s situated in the central region of Alexandria city at Kom el-Dikka. It’s the only one of its type in Egypt. And you will witness there also at the same many different monuments date back to the ancient Egyptian civilization , which were discovered underwater of the sea , and it were moved to be exhibited at this site …also there some of the remarkable and beautiful of mosaics ..such as the decorated colorful floors inside Villa of the Birds, which is worthy to see.

After that going to the sea coast, where you will take a photo stop to the site where the famous lighthouse of Alexandria was established in the past , and it was considered one of the Seven wonders of the Ancient World and instead of it, you will witness Citadel of Qaitbay which is constructed at the same site of the ancient lighthouse.. and you can notice that from the contrast between the dark stones of the lighthouse on the base near the ground, and the light rocks of the building of the Citadel. The Citadel is situated on the eastern side of the northern tip of Pharos Island at the mouth of the Eastern Harbour.
Then, you can take a walk along the Sea’s Corniche , and breathe the fresh Sea Breeze.
The last stop will be at Alexandria Library (Also Known as Bibliotheca Alexandrina) (You will have access to the library’s open court & free museums). It is a wonderful reincarnation of the famed ancient library of Alexandria. The original library held the largest collection of manuscripts in the world and was a great center of learning for 600 years until it burned down in the 3rd century. The dramatic new library, resembling an angled discus or a great sundial.
After ending this amazing day tour, you will be driven back by the air conditioned private vehicle towards Cairo and stay overnight

Prices are in US dollars per person per trip in the lowest season. The prices are valid till September 2023.
