In the early morning, (Seba Tours Egypt) tour guide will escort you by a private air conditioned vehicle towards Wadi El-Natrun (approximately 110 KM distance from Cairo), where you will go to a journey among the Christian History in Egypt. And you will visit the only remaining 4 oldest monasteries which were survived out of 50 in this area. The desolate region became one of Christianity’s most sacred areas.
We will start the tour with Deir al-Baramus the oldest surviving one, and it’s the monastery of Romans , then going to visit Anba Makar, it is also called Anba “Saint” Makaryus Monastery, the monastic community in the Monastery of Saint Macarius numbers about one hundred monks.. Moving on to Deir Anba Bishoi which contains the remaining of Saint Bishoi’s body.. and the last monastery in our trip will be Deir El-Suryani the smallest and most compact monastery of the 4 monasteries.
After the tour is complete, you will be driven back to Cairo and dropped off at your hotel to stay overnight.

Prices are in US dollars per person per trip in the lowest season. The prices are valid till September 2023.
