In the morning, (Seba Tours Egypt) Tour guide will escort you from your hotel by an air conditioned private vehicle to the bank of the Nile river to cross the river by one of the motorboats , then you will take an amazing Camel Ride on your way towards the Monastery of St. Simeon which dates back to the 7th century, and survived long as a Christian stronghold of southern Egypt. It’s situated opposing the southern tip of the Elephantine Island. Monastery of St Simeon was first dedicated to the local saint Anba Hedra, who renounced the world on his wedding day. It was rebuilt in the 10th century and dedicated to St Simeon. From here the monks travelled into Nubia, in the hope of converting the Nubians to Christianity. The structure is surrounded by desert sand, it's built on two levels – the lower level of stone and the upper level of mud-brick – surrounded by 10m-high walls.
Once you finish the tour, you will get on the same way, then driven back to your hotel by the air conditioned private vehicle.

Prices are in US dollars per person per trip in the lowest season. The prices are valid till September 2025.
